If something goes wrong, the listing manager can cancel a transaction and trigger a full refund. 

• Transaction fee: You need to request MisterLocation to refund the transaction fee from that transaction by sending an e-mail to support@misterlocation.com. 
• PayPal payment: PayPal will refund the percentage portion of their fees for both transactions, but not the fixed fees (which is generally €0,35 per transaction within Europe; please consult the PayPal website for up-to-date information). See the fixed fee of your country here:
