Cancellation Policy
Unforeseeable situations can happen so you may need to cancel your session. In such a case, you will receive your deposit back if you notify me of your cancellation 14 days in advance of the scheduled date.
In the event that you’ll need to cancel less than 14 days before your photo/video session date you will lose the deposit.
In the highly unlikely and exceptional case that the studio will need to cancel your booking, the full refund of the deposit will be made or your photo/video shoot rescheduled. The Studio does not take responsibility for consequential loss, therefore, does not provide compensation.
In the situation that your photo session needs to be cancelled for reasons neither you nor The studio is responsible for, a full deposit refund or rescheduled session will be offered.
